  • Active and confident telephone sales of our rooms and offers

  • Check-in and Check-out including invoice verification

  • Handling hotel correspondence

  • Processing reservations

  • Active up-selling and cross-selling

  • Looking after our guests on-site (Guest Relations)

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in a management/leadership position

  • Leadership skills

  • Successfully completed professional training (apprenticeship/hotel management)

  • Good IT skills (MS Office, Internet & Outlook; knowledge of the Gastrodat hotel software is an advantage)

  • A passion for being a host and a competent demeanor

  • Excellent manners and a well-groomed, authentic appearance

  • Independent working style and willingness to take on responsibility

  • Resilient, structured, and reliable

  • Very good German and English skills

  • Reliability, precision, and flexibility
