Baby & Childcare at the POST Family Resort
Why are there fixed drop-off and pick-up times for childcare? The scheduled times are necessary to allow our care team to plan the day effectively. Once the drop-off time has passed, we start our daily program: This might involve going outside into nature or moving to different rooms for specific activities. Fixed times ensure that all children can participate in the planned activities and that the care team can provide the best possible attention to every child.
Can siblings (e.g., 3 and 6 years old) stay in the same group? In general, older siblings (e.g., a 6-year-old) are welcome to join the younger ones. Older children often enjoy spending time in a "younger" group – for instance, to accompany their little brother or sister. Conversely, we have to decide on a case-by-case basis whether a younger child (e.g., 3 years old) can join the older group, as not all activities and facilities are suitable for the little ones. Please feel free to speak to our caregivers to discuss the best solution for your children.
What do babies and toddlers do during childcare? We place great importance on variety and adapt our schedule to the weather and the children's needs:
Mornings: When the weather is nice, we take the children outside to enjoy nature.
Lunch: We have lunch together starting around 12.00 pm.
Afternoons: Time for free play, crafts, and creative activities in our lovingly designed rooms or in the "Nature Workshop."
Can my toddler take a nap during childcare? Are diapers changed? Will they get milk or baby food? Yes, of course! We cater to all your child's individual needs. Whether it’s nap times, diaper changes, or dietary requests (such as milk or puree) – our caregivers adapt completely to your child. We ensure that even our youngest guests feel completely at ease and that their daily routines continue in their usual rhythm.
